When will my order arrive?
Delivery times are counted in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) from when your order is dispatched, not from when it's placed. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are processed on the next working day.
For Next Day Delivery, please order before 2pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 2pm on Thursday, or on Friday to Sunday, are dispatched on the next working day.
Tracking your order
We'll email you when your order is on its way. If you chose a tracked service, such as Fast & Trackable or Next Day, your tracking link will be in that email. Can't find it? Check your spam folder, or email info@naturesroot.co.uk with your order number.
Delivery to the Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey
The Isle of Man and Guernsey are included in our UK delivery rates. Jersey is charged at our Europe Zone 1 rate.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duties, taxes or handling fees by the destination country. These are set by your country's customs authority, aren't included in our prices or delivery charges, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Changing your address or cancelling an order
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you need to change it or cancel your order, email info@naturesroot.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number. We can only make changes before your order has been packed.
Delays, lost or damaged parcels
Occasionally deliveries are delayed by the courier, weather or busy periods. If your parcel is later than the estimated delivery time, or arrives damaged, email info@naturesroot.co.uk with your order number (and a photo of any damage) and we'll help put it right.
Read our refund policy for returns and refunds.
