How to Grow

Jar Sprouts (3–5 days)

  1. Rinse; optional soak 4–6 hrs (1–2 tbsp seed per 1 L jar).

  2. Drain thoroughly; keep jar tilted for airflow/drainage.

  3. Rinse & drain 2–3× daily at room temp, out of direct sun.

  4. From day 3, give indirect light to green up.

  5. Final rinse; drain very well before refrigerating.

Microgreens (7–10 days)

  1. Fill a shallow tray with 1–2 cm fine seed compost or use a hemp/coco/cellulose mat; moisten evenly (damp, not soggy).

  2. Sow evenly in a single layer.

    • 10×20″ tray: 15–20 g seed

    • ~15×20 cm tray: 2–3 tsp

  3. Blackout 48–72 hrs (lid/another tray) to encourage strong rooting. Keep evenly moist (prefer bottom-watering).

  4. Uncover to bright, indirect light with airflow; continue bottom-watering.

  5. Harvest day 7–10 when cotyledons are open and stems are crisp.
