How to Use
Jar sprouts (3–5 days):

Rinse seeds; soak 6–8 hrs (1–2 tbsp per 1 L jar).

Drain thoroughly; keep at room temp out of direct sun.

Rinse & drain 2–3× daily; keep the jar tilted for airflow/drainage.

From day 3, give indirect light to green up. Harvest days 4–5. Optional: de-hull by immersing in water and skimming seed coats.

Final rinse; drain very well before refrigeration.
Microgreens (7–10 days):

Spread thinly on a pre-moistened mat or fine seed compost in a shallow tray.

Cover for 24–48 hrs, then uncover to bright, indirect light.

Bottom-water to keep evenly moist; avoid waterlogging. Harvest 7–10 days.
