  4. From day 3, give indirect light to green up. Harvest days 4–5.

  5. Final rinse; drain very well before refrigeration.

Microgreens (7–10 days):

  1. Spread thinly on a pre-moistened mat or fine seed compost in a shallow tray.

  2. Cover for 24–48 hrs, then uncover to bright, indirect light.

  3. Bottom-water to keep evenly moist; avoid waterlogging. Harvest 7–10 days.
