How to Grow
Jar sprouts (4–6 days):

Rinse seeds; soak 6–8 hrs (use 1–2 tbsp per 1 L jar).

Drain thoroughly; keep at room temp out of direct sun.

Rinse & drain 2–3× daily; keep jar tilted for airflow and drainage.

Give indirect light from day 3 to green up. Harvest days 4–6.

Final rinse; drain very well before refrigeration.
Microgreens (7–10 days):

Spread thinly on a pre-moistened mat or 1–2 cm fine seed compost in a shallow tray.

Cover for 24–48 hrs, then uncover to bright, indirect light.

Bottom-water to keep evenly moist (avoid waterlogging).

Harvest 7–10 days when cotyledons are open and tender.
