How to Grow

Jar sprouts (4–6 days):

  1. Rinse seeds; soak 6–8 hrs (use 1–2 tbsp per 1 L jar).

  2. Drain thoroughly; keep at room temp out of direct sun.

  3. Rinse & drain 2–3× daily; keep jar tilted for airflow and drainage.

  4. Give indirect light from day 3 to green up. Harvest days 4–6.

  5. Final rinse; drain very well before refrigeration.

Microgreens (7–10 days):

  1. Spread thinly on a pre-moistened mat or 1–2 cm fine seed compost in a shallow tray.

  2. Cover for 24–48 hrs, then uncover to bright, indirect light.

  3. Bottom-water to keep evenly moist (avoid waterlogging).

  4. Harvest 7–10 days when cotyledons are open and tender.
