Premium Rhubarb Root Powder is made from the dried, ground root of Chinese rhubarb (Rheum palmatum), known in Chinese tradition as da huang. It has a bitter, earthy taste.

This is rhubarb root, not the rhubarb stalks used in cooking. It is not a baking or dessert ingredient.

How to Use
