Description
What is Bio-rote Adzukibohnen zum Keimen?

How long do adzuki sprouts take?
About 3–5 days from soaking. Harvest them when the roots are 1–2.5cm long.
How many beans should I use?
About 4 tablespoons (around 60g) for a 1-litre jar.
Why haven't all the beans sprouted?
A few beans in every batch may not sprout. Pick out any that are still hard after two days so they don't spoil the rest.
How do I use adzuki sprouts?
Add them to stir-fries, rice bowls, soups and wraps, where their nutty flavour and crunch work well.
Should I cook sprouts before eating them?
Yes. The Food Standards Agency advises cooking sprouted seeds until they're steaming hot all the way through, unless they're sold as ready to eat. Home-grown sprouts aren't, so cook them before eating.
Is it suitable for vegans?
Yes.
How should I store the seeds?
Keep them sealed in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, and reseal the pouch after opening.
