What is Keimende Samen von Bio-Brokkoli „Calabrese“.?
- Keimdauer: 4–5 Tage – Microgreen: 10–14 Tage
- Einweichzeit 2-4 Stunden
- Ergiebigkeit: 1 EL trockenes Saatgut ergibt ca. 3-4 Tassen Sprossen
In 4-5 Tagen verzehrfertig:

You might also like
How long do broccoli sprouts take?
About 4–5 days in a jar, or 8–12 days as microgreens on a tray.
How much seed should I use?
About 2 tablespoons for a 1-litre jar, or 15–20g for a standard 25 × 50cm tray (4–5g for a 15 × 20cm tray).
Is the white fuzz on the roots mould?
Almost certainly not. Brassica sprouts grow fine root hairs that look fuzzy, especially just before a rinse. If the fuzz disappears when you rinse, it's root hairs; mould looks slimy and smells musty.
What do broccoli sprouts taste like?
Mild and fresh with a gentle peppery edge, a little like radish but softer. They suit sandwiches, salads and wraps.
Should I cook sprouts before eating them?
Yes. The Food Standards Agency advises cooking sprouted seeds until they're steaming hot all the way through, unless they're sold as ready to eat. Home-grown sprouts aren't, so cook them before eating.
Is it suitable for vegans?
Yes.
How should I store the seeds?
Keep them sealed in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, and reseal the pouch after opening.
