Description
What is Bio-Koriandersprossensamen?

Can I grow coriander in a sprouting jar?
No. Coriander is slow to germinate and dries out or spoils in a jar. It's grown as microgreens in compost.
Why is coriander so slow?
Each round coriander ‘seed’ is a husk holding two seeds, which slows germination. Splitting them with a rolling pin helps, or choose our split coriander for faster, more even growth.
How long do coriander microgreens take?
About 2–3 weeks. Germination alone can take 7–10 days.
How much seed should I use?
About 20–30g for a standard 25 × 50cm tray, or 4–6g for a 15 × 20cm tray.
Is it suitable for vegans?
Yes.
How should I store the seeds?
Keep them sealed in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, and reseal the pouch after opening.
