Nature's Root Premium Punarnava-Pulver – auch bekannt unter seinem botanischen Namen Boerhavia Diffusa – ist ein beliebtes Kraut in Ayuverda. Es hilft, alle drei Tridoshas auszugleichen: Vata, Pitta und Kapha.
