What it is

Food supplement with shilajit (mineral pitch) resin.

Ingredients: Shilajit resin.

Country of origin: India.

How to use

Dissolve 300-500mg a day in warm water or a drink of your choice.
Do not exceed 500mg a day.
Stir until the resin has fully dissolved.

Not suitable for children or young people under 18, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Close the jar tightly after each use. Use a clean, dry spoon.

Shilajit resin is naturally sticky and can soften when warm or firm up when cool. This is normal.
