Charged by a website with a similar name?

We are Nature's Root. We have sold natural foods since 2013, and our online shop is naturesroot.co.uk. Nature's Root is a trading name of Vitamize Ltd (company number 09269776).

We are not connected with trynaturesroots.com or any other website with a similar name. We don't sell lymphatic drainage drops or jade rollers.

If a payment you don't recognise shows on your bank statement as "Natures Roots" or a similar name, and you haven't ordered from naturesroot.co.uk:

1. Contact your bank or card provider as soon as possible. Tell them you don't recognise the payment, or that you didn't agree to repeat payments. You can ask them to stop future payments to that seller, and they may be able to help you dispute payments already taken.
2. For free consumer advice, contact the Citizens Advice consumer helpline on 0808 223 1133 or at citizensadvice.org.uk. They can pass your report to Trading Standards.
3. If you think you've been the victim of fraud, you can report it to Report Fraud (which replaced Action Fraud) at reportfraud.police.uk or on 0300 123 2040. In Scotland, contact Police Scotland on 101.

We can't cancel, stop or refund payments taken by another business, because we have no access to their systems.

Not sure whether an order is ours? Orders placed on naturesroot.co.uk have order numbers starting "NR-". If you bought Nature's Root products on Amazon or eBay, your order details are in your Amazon or eBay account. Email info@naturesroot.co.uk with your order number and we'll check for you. Please don't send us your card or bank details – we don't need them to help you.
